Convenient location near the freeway and easy access to Tacoma. Friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel and casino.- Enjoyed the various dining options at the hotel.- Covered parking available and no issues with finding a parking spot.- Slot machines were entertaining and worth playing.

Some rooms had a funky smell and signs of previous smoking. The front desk service could be improved, with one guest being told the hotel was sold out when rooms were available online.

Location was good for exploring fife community, as it's 5 minutes' walk away. In love with Emerald Queen & Casino. The airport was 16 miles away. All in all - we really enjoyed this place & would definitely come back there...
